Tony, there is synchronicity in your comment. I had largely neglected the ideas in this posting in recent months, as I pursued a renewed examination of Marxism (and Leninism!) in part due to frustration with the healthcare reform catastrophe. The ...

Many thanks for posting. Couple of quick points; SDi acknowledges the importance of Bio-social conditions in development and the center of gravity will shift in accordance with life conditions. Can't recall where I read it but there was a theory ...

Profile Information

About
I am an active nontheist Quaker from a Pentecostal background. I am very interested in applying integrative concepts to political activism. I am also interested in nontheist spirituality beyond the rational stage.

Peace! Charley
What will you be doing in 5 years?
Hopefully living in a warmer climate, running my own travel business, writing, and continuing my Quaker involvement.

Although just an infant, I imbibed something of that utopian spirit of the 1960s and this has shaped so many of my adult choices. I didn't actually hear that sermon until I was around twelve, but it was one more confirmation of my utopian mindset.

"I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and… Continue
