- Co-founder of ilé, inc., and author of Consciousness-in-Action: Toward an Integral Psychology of Liberation & Transformation.
An educator, organizer, counselor and author, my work is rooted in various communities-of-struggle, people dealing with issues of social identity, power dynamics, and the integral development of self, community, organization, and society. Through this work, I seek to foster "consciousness-in-action" — the ability to perceive, recognize, understand, and effectively respond within the context of oppression, arguably among the greatest challenges to integral well-being and the development of consciousness itself.
