To be honest, I don't really care much about personality, I see it as an ever-changing aspect of our introspection and thus shoulden't be the number one priority when engaging with people socially; as such, I must laugh at my own foolishness whenever I feel the need to edit this thing, but here goes...
I'ld like to think of myself as modest, nice, caring person but anyone who gets to know me will know thats all a big lie >:-}. My sense of humor leas more on the side of mischief rather than disambigious or straightforward. I'am not all too good with expressing myself and what i feel and think verbally but I can usually get stuff down on paper in the form of a drawing; side of humbleness I think I'am pretty good at that. (check out my drawings i've uploaded in the photos section!)

I am openminded to new ideas and people; anything less than openmindedness and I would've been mentally dead long ago... I'ld like to think that most people are good at heart somewhere down deep even if it dosent show. This is the goodness in all people that I'ld like to tap into and expand beyond imagination. This is something I've been studying for some time now. Though to be successful I always look at myself first to see how I can better myself unconditionally and absolutely; i discover that I have all the same problems that most other people do.

I'am always in the mood to learn about new things (unless i have to do it in a school of some sort ;), I'ld rather learn everything on my own (this is not a matter of pride...i have ADD yeah its pretty nice to have such a cool scapegoat such as mine =P) , ps: Albert Einstein got C's and D's throughout school and dropped out and look where he went!(intelligentia-wise, practical real-life matters on the other hand he truly did suck at :_( ))

I plan on going back to college majoring in philosophy with a minor in psychology. I don't think that I would pursue a career in either field except participating in humane research institutions.

Rambling Ramblers . . .

Modern architecture and interior design fit my taste, though ironically I think modern art to be tasteless; I like to take innovative approaches to everything I do; I like to be creative; If you need a good-lookin website I'am the man to go to for reasonable rates; I don't judge a book by it's cover; I like bike riding for some reason or another; When i listen to my music I sometimes zone out and let it pulse through my veins, I love music that way :); My top 3 bands are: 1) Rammstein, 2) Nile and 3) Eric Jordan; I design my own MySpace profile designs since I'am cool like that; Most people underestimate or misjudge me because I come across the wrong way and am usually a private person; I've always had a very rough life, but anymore it really dosent bother me, I feel bad for those who have it worse and I'am positive there are people that wish they had my life; I was concieved in Italy but born in America; I find that intimate love is complex and intimidating, but achievable; I like reading books that most would find to be a complete bore (yes, I'am a big fan of Leo Tolstoy's War & Peace even if it is a little archeo-liberal); 2 years of my life were spent homeless on the streets; I want to learn to speak German, Sanskrit and Italian; I woulden't mind being vocalist/percussionist in a psuedo-percussive-heavy-metal band like a Rammstein/Blue Man Group mix;

How Culture Influences Brain Function

As mainstream science begins taking seriously the cultural context of bodymind development and functioning, we may see 'a coming together' of more flexible and pluralistic methodologies (epistemic practices) - accompanied by more integrative discussions about the 'constructive' nature and limits of human knowledge and cognition. Quantify-ing Happy-ness???

“Character is the basis of happiness and happiness the sanction of character.” -- George Santayana
Staying healthy and happy is a struggle for about half of Americans, according to a massive survey that attempts to measure the nation's general welfare, much like the Dow Jones Industrial Average portrays the health of the stock market. "There's never been anything quite like it," said Daniel Kahneman, a Nobel Prize winner in economic sciences. "You're getting detai… Continue

"Consciousness-in-Action" Book Reviewed

I am happy to finally be able to share a very positive review of my book appearing in Integral Review: A Transdisciplinary and Transcultural Journal for New Thought, Research, and Praxis, an online, peer-reviewed journal. Written by Bonnitta Roy, IR editor and integral theorist, this review was completed and shared with me earlier in the year. Now that the issue has b… Continue

Integral Dissipation Theory

I am reprinting here the latest essay on my blog Integral Liberties The tourist brochures that are endlessly pumped on-line from Integral Province are clear that most of the natural charm of this map-generated territory is the willingness of the Provincials here to lend their spirits to the cosmic course of healing and evolution, they give the known universe an integrated voice in the repetition of Emil Coue’s mantra, “Everyday, in every way, I… Continue
